Doug started out as a Mechanical Engineer in the Energy industry.  The first 20 years of his career he spent working in many different parts of the world.

In 2003, Doug and his team led the MBO of PSL Energy services.In the following 4 years he internationalised the business and increased revenue and profit fourfold – successfully exited in 2007, delivering excellent returns for PE and all shareholders.

Doug went on to co-found the EnerMech Group which, from a start up in NE Scotland, went on to become an international engineering services provider to the Energy, Infrastructure and Power generation sectors.

Michael is a graduate of Aberdeen University and a Chartered Accountant.  He has worked in the Energy industry for over 25 years, living and working in many different parts of the world.  In 2003, he was part of the MBO of PSL Energy services.

In the following 4 years he helped internationalise the business and increased revenue and profit fourfold – successfully exited in 2007, delivering excellent returns for PE and all shareholders.  Michael went on to co-found the EnerMech Group which, from a start up in NE Scotland, went on to become an international engineering services provider to the Energy, Infrastructure and Power generation sectors.

At the time of exit in 2018, EnerMech had revenues in excess of £400M and EBITDA of over £45M

After getting her degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town,  Fiona worked in the power generation sector and after that moved into Oil and Gas and developed expertise working in the technical software and IT arena.

With over 15+ years experience working in Europe, Latin America and Houston in a variety of roles, Fiona is excited about utilising her skills with I7V.

Having worked as a mechanical engineer on some of the largest offshore wind installation campaigns in Europe for the last five years, he is well equipped to understand the unique demands of the industry.

Following his graduation from Strathclyde University with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, David’s career began in the Oil and Gas sector, taking him all over the world.

After graduating from the University of Stirling with an Honours Degree in Management, Clare went on to become CIPD qualified.

With over twelve years’ experience in HR, Clare is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parent company’s HR function and is passionate about making our organization a great place for people to work. As a believer in empowering people, she is quick to identify opportunities and develop personal skills in others.

Sinead studied International Business before travelling to Western Australia to work in personnel management.

During her career she has developed extensive marketing experience, this has been reinforced by working in a variety of sectors which has given her many complementary skills, such as marketing analytics and M&A integration.

Alec is an experienced, multi-disciplined supervisor who has worked in the industrial services contracting sector for over 25 years.

His experience extends to both offshore and onshore operations, in the UK and overseas, and includes a wide variety of industrial cleaning and waste management activities.
